Leading with Faith

Becoming a leader of excellence is a great challenge, learning to follow one even more so. The DNA of leadership is the building block upon which I think all leadership must be built. The first quality I want to explore is Leading with Faith. First, what is faith?

Faith is being united to Yahweh (YHWH) through the power of the Spirit, we live like a family and share our earthly joys and sorrows. Trust in Christ is the beginning of our life of Faith and from this we enter into a community of Faith, bound together through the Holy Spirit of God.

Without Faith, we can not function as biblical leaders, nor can we learn to follow biblical leadership. Here are the five qualities of a Faithful Leader that I will explore in future posts:

  1. Faithful Leaders Exhibit God’s Power & Presence
  2. Faithful Leaders Are Really Dead Man Walking
  3. Faithful Leaders Have Dangerous Thinking
  4. Faithful Leaders Follow God’s Vision Not Man’s Opinion
  5. Faithful Leaders Know That Success Comes From The Soul

Are you ready to begin the journey to become a Faithful Leader for the Kingdom of God?
