Leading With Integrity

You can not lead without integrity. The recent fall of Bill Belichick, head coach of the New England Patriots, is a prime example. Prior to last week, Belichick was on track to be one of the greatest coaches in NFL history. Like it or not, now that he has been caught cheating (he was stealing signals from the opposing teams), every Super Bowl win is now in question. Every accusation and every innuendo of wrongdoing is now looked at as fact.

So no matter if you agree or disagree with this video sentiment, it illustrates the importance of integrity. Without integrity, no one can maintain their role as a leader: as part of a church or as part of a football team. Our exploration of leadership will now move forward beyond the DNA of Faith and turn to the concept of leading with integrity. So what is integrity?

Integrity means that when we are inspired by God’s forgiveness, we live open and honest lives toward God and each other.

  1. The Integrous Leader Builds God’s Kingdom Not A Personal Following
  2. The Integrous Leader Knows The Way
  3. The Integrous Leader Is Marked By Humility
  4. The Integrous Leader Is Worthy Of Being Followed
  5. The Integrous Leader Is Rooted In The Gospel

Are you ready to begin the journey to become an Integrous Leader for the Kingdom of God?
